The Role: Food & Beverage General Manager at Everards
This is your chance to be the driving force behind one of our flagship experiences. As GM you wont just run the showyoull set the pace inspire the crew and keep everything flowing from kitchen to cask.

What Youll Be Rocking
Team Leadership & Culture
- Be the captain of the Everards experienceleading BOH & FOH with passion and purpose
- Recruit coach and champion top-tier talent that thrives on energy and excellence
- Foster a culture where quality fun and service go hand-in-hand
Food & Kitchen Operations
- Deliver jaw-dropping menus that complement our beer-first philosophy
- Own the kitchenfrom recipe development and prep systems to food safety and plating standards
- Keep things sharp slick and speedy when its all go (think weekends match days and festive frenzies)
Operations & Logistics
- Run a high-capacity high-performance operation with an eye for every detail
- Manage schedules stock suppliers and maintenance like a seasoned pro
- Partner with FOH to ensure seamless guest journeys from first order to final bite
Finance & Performance
- Keep an eagle eye on margins costs and P&Lsmaking smart strategic calls
- Use data and insights to boost performance across the board
- Ensure were hitting all compliance and licensing marks with confidence
Guest Experience & Brand Love
- Make every guest feel part of the Everards family
- Create memorable food & beer moments through killer pairings and seasonal surprises
- Gather feedback and act on it fastwe grow because we listen
What You Bring
- 7 years in high-volume F&B leadership including strong kitchen/BOH oversight
- Proven success managing buzzing single-site venues with 800 covers/day
- Stellar food ops know-how with a real head for numbers and people
- Cool under pressure clear in communication and fast on your feet
- Bonus points for experience in beer-led or brewpub environments

The Company
Were Everards of Leicestershire an independent family business producing fabulous beers enjoyed in our pubs for 170 years our most iconic being Tiger.
Throughout this time weve always evolved and we are so proud of our home at Everards Meadows which features our state-of-the-art breweries Beer Hall and shop. Were welcoming lots of customers to come and eat and drink as well as enjoy the beautiful green space.
Our pubs and our beers provide lots of fun and enjoyment for people and we think that our own team are a pretty good bunch too.
