Join the Food & Beverage team at Pullman Melbourne on the Park as a casual Food & Beverage Attendant and bring your passion for exceptional service to life. Working across Cliveden Bar & Dining and banqueting operations youll enjoy a dynamic role where no two days are the same from intimate dining to large-scale events.

What youll be doing (but not limited to):
- Delivering warm attentive service in both restaurant and event settings.
- Setting up operating and packing down dining and function spaces.
- Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them efficiently with care.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout service.
- Recommending menu items and confidently upselling when appropriate.
- Creating positive guest experiences with your welcoming can-do attitude.
Qualifications :
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about growth and development and who are committed to making a meaningful impact with our guests & team. If youre driven to elevate the guest experience and contribute to the success of a premier 5-star hotel we want to hear from you.
- A friendly and customer-focused demeanour.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality role.
- Positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.
- Availability to work a rotating roster including nights weekends and public holidays.
