Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as Sr. Director Strategic Transformation Enterprise Integration Programs.
Position Status: Full-time Day Shift
Position Location: Hybrid Hampton Roads
Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).
The Sr. Director Strategic Transformation Enterprise Integration is an experienced healthcare leader specializing in large-scale integration programs across health plans hospitals physician networks and ancillary services within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). Proven track record in leading post-close execution and enterprise transformation while ensuring regulatory compliance clinical alignment and cultural integration. Passionate about building scalable frameworks that support growth enhance care delivery and drive measurable value.
Responsibilities:
- Lead integration of health plans hospitals physician groups and service lines across the IDN.
- Align clinical operational and financial goals with enterprise integration strategy.
- Oversee integration post-close execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical ops IT HR finance etc.) for smooth transitions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (CMS HIPAAetc.) during all phases.
- Drive cultural alignment change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor KPIs to track performance value realization and care continuity.
- Develop scalable integration frameworks for future growth.
Required:
- Bachelors degree.
- 5 years of project leadership and management experience.
