About The Forest at Duke

As a Response Nurse and a Forest Team Member youll help support this mission by delivering exceptional quality care to our residents.
What were looking for in our next Team Member
- Active nurse registration/license in good standing with the right to practice in North Carolina.
- Prior experience in long-term care (skilled/assisted) or CCRC is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills; able to maintain positive relationships with residents families guests and staff.
- Customer service focus; able to resolve resident grievances promptly; ensures quick resolution of conflict/issues.
- Strong time management skills; able to understand organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Team player; happy to help others when needed.
- Flexible schedule with ability to work on-call.
- Prior experience as a respond nurse is highly preferred.
