Part-time Summer Position - Marina Dock Crew Team
- Looking to add a few hands from mid-July thru mid-September - mandatory shifts on Friday Saturday & Sunday.

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team for the summer season. As a member of our Marina Dock Crew Team you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a safe and enjoyable experience while using our rental boats kayaks paddleboards and more.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers with boat rentals providing information on safety operating procedures and local regulations. Conduct pre-rental inspections of boats and equipment to ensure they are safe and in good working order.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized rental area including boats equipment and surrounding grounds.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or boating is a plus but not required.
- A passion for water activities and a willingness to learn.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Valid drivers license; boating certification preferred but not required.
