Senior UX Designer Venture & ProductizationDepartment: Innovation UX and ProductizationExperience: 10 YearsIndustry: Banking Fintech B2B SaaSRole OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior UX Designer to join a pioneering venture and innovation unit within one of the Middle Easts most influential banks. You will collaborate with a Senior UX Researcher take design direction from the Lead UX Designer (Head of Design) and play a central role in shaping modular white labelled banking products that can be scaled across global role requires deep UX design expertise a strong understanding of design systems and the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance design thinking accelerate prototyping and support personalized data-informed design decisions. Collaborate within a core venture team to design scalable fit-for-purpose digital banking experiences across platforms and and iterate on user flows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs optimized for flexibility and reuse in white-label with UX researchers to integrate insights into user-centric designs that reflect regional nuances and global with product teams to apply consistent design logic across multiple products using an evolving enterprise design AI design tools and copilots (e.g. Figma AI Figma Make Loveable Uizard Galileo AI ChatGPT Midjourney or others) to support ideation content generation UX writing interface variations and accessibility in automating routine design tasks improving documentation workflows and identifying opportunities to enhance user journeys with embedded AI design leadership and guidance to product designers across business units ensuring brand consistency and strategic in and lead co-design workshops with internal teams partners and external stakeholders to explore value propositions and usability robust design documentation to support scalability localization and efficient onboarding of regional teams. Bachelors or Masters degree in UX Design HCI Interaction Design or related discipline.10 years of experience in UX design for complex modular or enterprise grade digital showcasing experience designing white labelled responsive and accessible user proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping tools (Framer ProtoPie Axure etc.).Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools and how to integrate them into day to day understanding of interaction design responsive UI UX writing accessibility and to work in agile cross-functional teams and translate business and technical requirements into user-centered design solutions. Experience in SaaS platforms B2B fintech or multi tenant design of front end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS) and handoff best to AI enhanced design processes LLMs and emerging UX trends in AI-first of regional compliance and design for regulated with tools such as ChatGPT Notion AI RunwayML or Claude for design ideation and workflow optimization. You will co create scalable white labelled banking
