Job Description

Make a Difference. Be the Reason a Child Residential Treatment Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of School Operations and Campus Safety to support the daily operations of our Day School. This leadership role is essential to ensuring a safe therapeutic and structured environment for both clients and Responsibilities:Support day-to-day operations of the Day School and programs alongside in hiring training and staff staff development through goal-setting and budgets program supplies and facility compliance with licensing standards and agency behavioral aspects to maintain a safe therapeutic and analyze client data to support treatment scheduling coverage needs and critical clearly with staff leadership and external the organization professionally at all :Bachelors degree 3 years experience working in a school or human services/mental health field with supervisory experience have a valid ID and DEEC CORI/DCF background to participate in physical interventions.
