About the opportunity
As a Working Student in theBanking Foundationsdomain at N26 you will support the team in managing and improving partnerships that power our banking infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced regulated environment and contribute to the operational backbone of one of Europes leading digital banks.
Youll work closely with domain leads partner managers and cross-functional teams on daily operations process improvements and strategic initiatives related topayment processing transaction monitoring core banking andregulatory compliance.
In this role you will
Support thePartner Management teamin day-to-day collaboration with key external providers (e.g. core banking KYC fraud prevention transaction processing).
Help prepare and trackSLA & KPI reportsto ensure partner performance meets contractual and regulatory standards.
Contribute toregular business reviews partner follow-ups and internal documentation.
Assist inonboarding new partnersand mapping operational dependencies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Operations Tech and Compliance to ensure seamless partner integration and incident handling.
Maintain and improveinternal process documentationand support project coordination for ongoing improvements.
What you need to be successful
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program inBusiness Economics Finance or a related field.
You have strongorganizational skillsand enjoy working in a structured and process-driven environment.
Youre comfortable with Excel/Sheets and can quickly learn new tools and systems.
Youre fluent inEnglish; German or Spanish is a plus.
You are proactive curious and eager to learn more about fintech partnerships and banking operations.
