About the role
The Construction Lead will oversee a team of Supervisors and Estimators and is ultimately responsible for all site based operations such as quality assurance timeliness profitability and safety.
To be successful in this role you will have the below experience and capabilities;
- proven skills in domestic and commercial reinstatement works
- ability to handle multiple projects and experience working with clients building consultants and trades
- proven experience leading a team effectively
- proven experience in the Building Repair industry and thorough understanding of relevant Building Codes and Standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
