- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Proven track record of personal projects - ideally you will have a website / portfolio / very active GitHub
- Passionate about building elegant, reliable solutions to real-world problems
- Always learning - driven to improve and keep up with modern tools and techniques
- Committed to excellent user experience and clean, maintainable code
- A collaborative communicator who enjoys working across disciplines
- Ideally you will also experience with modern web frameworks, understanding of API architecture, cloud experience, and familiarity with deployment and CI/CD tools
