Job Description
Our Project Managers play a critical role in ensuring telecom projectssuch as fiber optic builds wireless infrastructure and network upgradesare delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards. Youll help drive operational excellence coordinate cross-functional teams and contribute to a collaborative high-performance culture.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Champion and uphold Ledcors safety-first culture ensuring all safety and environmental standards are met or exceeded on telecom construction sites.
- Lead or support the planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects including fiber deployments small cell installations and wireless tower builds.
- Manage or contribute to risk management permitting and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in or lead the identification and pursuit of new telecom project opportunities.
- Oversee or assist with project scheduling budgeting and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Support or lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Negotiate or support contract execution and change order management.
- Help establish and manage project systems including cost tracking reporting and documentation.
Qualifications:
Were hiring for multiple levels of project management roles in telecommunications construction. Ideal candidates will bring a mix of the following:
- For senior-level roles:8 years of telecom or utility construction project management experience with a proven track record of leading large complex infrastructure builds.
- For mid-level roles:47 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility in telecom project coordination or management.
- Education in Construction Management Telecommunications Engineering or a related field (bachelors degree preferred; diploma or technical training accepted).
- Strong understanding of telecom construction methods permitting processes and industry standards (e.g. NESC NEC local codes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams manage subcontractors and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience with contract negotiation cost control and scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera or similar) is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- This position provides a flexible working environment balancing your responsibilities between the comfort of your home office and the collaborative environment of our office spaces
- Travel up to 25% of the time to various Ledcor project sites and offices
