Lexus Escondido is currently seeking a Loaner Car Representative with outstanding customer service skills. This position involves greeting and directing customers to the appropriate parties and is responsible for the daily process of loaning out and checking in loaner vehicles.

Major Essential Duties:
Ensure all loaner vehicles are checked in and out according to current policies and procedures
Maintain loaner vehicles in a neat clean and properly maintained condition
Follow up on customer needs and issues related to loaner vehicles
Assist customers with Bluetooth and navigation questions
Coordinate with Hertz/Enterprise to issue loaners and expedite the process when necessary
- Maintain a professional appearance
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred; one to two years of customer service experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong customer relations skills; ability to identify and address customer inquiries
Effective verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
