Job Title: Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift
Location:Onsite - Phoenix AZ (Cold Plant)
Pay Rate:$32.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 3rd Shift 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM
- 8-hour shifts
- Currently operating 5 days/week; increasing to 6 days/week during busy season
- Must be flexibleto work weekends and the required overtime
Employment Type:Full-time onsite
Potential for Extension: Yes
Potential for FTE Conversion: Yes based on performance
Labor Type: Industrial
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all required maintenance functions in support of Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs
- Complete work order documentation and maintenance reports accurately
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
- Support and engage in continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain clean and organized maintenance and product support areas
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with safety policies
- Enter data and perform system transactions in company maintenance software
- Identify diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions ensuring minimal downtime
- Adhere to GMPs and federal/state safety requirements
- Support a high-performing manufacturing environment with optimal safety cost and production efficiency
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 yearsof maintenance technician experience
- 5 years of experiencemay be accepted in lieu of a high school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and MS Teams is a plus
- Working knowledge of:
- Valves actuators gaskets seals and HTST process
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Willing to work in a cross-functional team environment and learn multiple tasks
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Nice to have:Knowledge of electrical theory and PLC programming
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
- Candidates must provide their own steel-toed boots
- Client will provide additional PPE including goggles and ear protection
