Job Description
Job Title: Estimator

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Estimator to join our growing this key role you will assess vehicle damage calculate repair costs communicate clearly with customers and insurance companies and help ensure a smooth repair process from start to finish. If you have a sharp eye for detail strong knowledge of vehicle structures and a passion for service excellence we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and assess all areas of vehicle damage requiring repair replacement or repainting
Accurately estimate labor and parts costs needed for repairs
Complete and submit insurance documentation to reflect repair cost estimates
Communicate with customers in a clear professional and respectful manner
Explain the damage repair process timelines and insurance details
Create and input repair work orders into CollisionRights system
Maintain detailed records of all repairs and communications
Qualifications:
13 years of experience in the collision repair industry with a solid understanding of repair techniques and materials
Extensive knowledge of vehicle structures and component replacements (e.g. fenders doors windshields)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills especially when working with insurance providers and customers
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and occasionally more than 70 pounds
Physical agility required for climbing kneeling stooping crawling and maneuvering around vehicles
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production-oriented environment
