We are on the lookout for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team!

Whats the job

As an Onboarding Specialist at Lofty you will be the first point of contact for new clients after the sale is closed. Youll lead them through the onboarding journeysetting up their accounts training them on our tools and ensuring they are equipped to maximize the value of our platform. You will work cross-functionally with Sales Product and Customer Support teams to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience that sets the tone for long-term success.

  • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through account setup data migration and initial configuration.
  • Training & Education: Deliver engaging training sessions via Zoom or Teams and provide educational materials tailored to each client.
  • Customization: Work with clients to tailor the platform to their unique workflows and goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain and create resources that support the client onboarding journey.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues that arise during onboarding collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales Product and Support to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication.
  • Client Success Focus: Act as the main point of contact during onboarding addressing questions concerns and escalation needs.
  • Webinars & Meetings: Host onboarding webinars and one-on-one sessions to support adoption and engagement.

Whats the work location

Youll be based out of our stunning light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenixa 17000-square-foot space designed for collaboration creativity and connection. During onboarding and training youll work in-office five days a week to build momentum meet your teammates and ramp up with hands-on support. Once key KPIs and performance metrics are met youll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per weekgiving you the flexibility to balance focused work and in-person collaboration.


Whats the earning potential ($$$)

First-year earnings The role offers a base salary of $55000$58000 plus eligibility for a 20% performance bonus. Bring your best and theres real potential to earn moreits a great way to turn great work into real rewards!

Requirements

What are we looking for

  • 13 years of experience managing client relationships in a fast-paced high-volume environment
  • Prior experience in SaaS onboarding or client success preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Customer-first mindset and passion for helping others succeed
  • Technically savvy with proficiency in Zoom Teams and CRM tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong grammar and proofreading abilities
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
