Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate Program Scheduler - Strategic Deterrence Systems (SDS) to join the Integrated Planning and Scheduling group located in Heath OH.
The successful candidate prepares develops and coordinates integrated schedules and schedule-related products to meet program and/or project summary the successful candidate will work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders in the development of integration schedules. This candidate will also be a detail-oriented self-starter who is able to take requirements and execute with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supports preparation development coordination scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
- Participates in maintaining analyzing and producing metrics related to plans
- Identifies and provide reports on performance variances project status change information to project team.
- Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments developing mitigation plan and refining the business case
- Develops collects organizes and provides data updates task to maintain status of programs schedule customer and supplier commitments and compliance
- Coordinates document work statements and resulting schedules. Identifies and provide reports on performance variances project status change information to project team
- Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholder
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1 years of experience in managing complex integrated schedules or projects
- 1 years of experience using integrated scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project Open Plan Professional Primavera etc.
- 1 year of proven multi-function multi-site project management experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or higher in a business or technical field
- Experience in a cross-functional environment
- Experience collecting and reporting scheduled performance to a project/program schedule baseline
Travel:
This position may require travel up to 10% of the time
