If these values sound like they were written for you read on! We are seeking a motivated results-oriented individual to join our team on a part-time temporary contract as a Finance Assistant.
Overview:
Position Type: Part-time Temporary
Hours: 20-24 hours per week
Duration: Starting immediately through December 19 2025
Compensation: $25-$28/hour depending on experience
This role will provide essential support to our finance department by assisting with day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks. The Finance Assistant will work closely with senior finance staff to ensure accurate financial record-keeping efficient payment processing and project support and effective expense management systems.

Applicants must be legally able to work in Canada. This is a part-time role. Throughline operates with a hybrid environment work model so employees will work onsite in Midtown Toronto (Yonge and St. Clair)for 1 to 3 days per weekand remotelyfor the remainder of the time.
