About the role:
- Work across matters involving public liability product liability personal injury and property damage.
- Draft pleadings advice and correspondence for complex claims.
- Appear in court and attend mediations often alongside senior lawyers.
- Liaise directly with insurer clients insureds and experts.
- Conduct legal research and develop strategic litigation advice.
- Collaborate closely with experienced approachable senior lawyers.
- Gain access to national training programs and structured career development.
The ideal candidate:
- 25 years post-admission experience in insurance litigation (defendant preferred).
- A proactive and commercial mindset.
- Strong drafting advocacy and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
