RN - Ambulatory, Family Medicine

Work Schedule:

90% FTE 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am 5:00 pm. Alternating Thursdays off day off is determined based on the operational needs of the department. No weekends or holidays. You will work at the Oregon Clinic located in Oregon WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN)to:

• Provide high quality evidence-based care to patients from birth to end of life in a compassionate patient- and family- centered environment.
• Promote healthy lifestyles prevention and wellness measures as well as provide chronic condition management and education.
• Utilize critical thinking skills in a variety of ways such as triaging phone calls following up on MyChart messages and providing direct patient care.
• Be an active member of the collaborative interprofessional team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of school of nursing Required
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience

• 6 months of RN experience Required
• Relevant RN experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
• CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
• Applicable clinical certification Preferred
