Area Supervisor
Reporting directly to the owner the Area Supervisor is hands on leader who is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction on a consistent basis. Other duties include:
-Ensuring accounts are properly staffed at all times.
-Become familiar with our online platform to execute operations with excellence
-Collaborate with Owner to develop goals strategies and preparation for new accounts
-Assist with training new cleaner technicians and develops training processes and systems
-Holds team accountable for performance results
-Performs quality audits and prepares reports for documentation
-Performs cleaning duties as needs arise

Requirements/Responsibilities
Shifts vary and include day evening and late nights.
Must be willing to commute to any location in DFW.
Locations we service include restaurants offices gyms post construction sites etc.
