Are you a Maintenance Assistant with experience in light housekeeping looking to switch it up Look no further! Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking maintenance rockstars to join our team! If you are dedicated and compassionate WE WANT YOU!
What Will You Do in This Role
As a Maintenance Assistant you will perform the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental compliance in accordance with Federal State and Local ordinance regulations and building codes. Under the direction of the Maintenance Director you will assist in the maintenance of the facility to ensure a sanitary attractive and orderly condition; in good repair free from hazards such as those caused by electrical plumbing ventilation heating and cooling addition you will perform light housekeeping 2-3 days/week. Housekeeping duties include sanitization of residents individual rooms common areas such as the dining room reception area and game room.
Do You Have What It Takes
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible fun and energetic personality
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
- Prior maintenance experience required
- Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry housekeeping and maintenance procedures
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
