About the role
In this exciting role based in the North West of England (with flexibility and hybrid options) youll be a key player in bringing cutting-edge BMS technologies to lifereducing energy consumption driving carbon reduction and delivering intelligent solutions to clients across commercial real estate facilities management and property sectors.

Promote and sell cutting-edge Building Management System (BMS) solutions to a wide range of clients across commercial property real estate and facilities management sectors.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships through trust expertise and consultative sales approaches.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the North West region to support ongoing growth targets.
Conduct client meetings site visits and solution presentations to deliver tailored value-driven offerings.
Collaborate with internal teamsengineers designers and project managersto ensure successful project handovers and continued client satisfaction.
Keep abreast of evolving BMS technologies and market trends to ensure solutions remain innovative and competitive.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM systems.
Represent the company at industry events trade shows and client briefings to strengthen brand awareness and network growth.
Proven experience in BMS or Building Controls sales or similar technical/solution sales within the built environment.
Solid understanding of Building Control Systems and energy efficiency solutions.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify client needs and match them with technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative and collaborative sales approach.
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload across a large territory.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for sustainable innovation and future-focused technologies.
A proactive attitude toward learning and professional development.
Full UK driving licence is essential due to regional travel to client sites.
