Work Location: Native Shoes is a hybrid organization with the head office located in Railtown in Vancouver BC. This job is an on-site position with shifts taking place at the office between 3 to 5 days per week.

Who is Native looking for
Were seeking a reliable organized and proactive individual to support our team and maintain a well-run welcoming office environment. This is a permanent part-time opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic atmosphere enjoys behind-the-scenes coordination and is comfortable managing a variety of administrative tasks.
This role is a key part of ensuring our office space reflects our valueswell-organized warm and thoughtfully run.
What would I be responsible for
- Be the face of the company by greeting visitors supporting front desk duties and maintaining a tidy welcoming workspace that reflects our culture and values
- Monitor and restock kitchen items office supplies and stationery
- Coordinate courier shipments and manage incoming/outgoing mail
- Liaise with office service providers using sound judgment and resourcefulness to resolve any issues that arise
- Track and reconcile office-related expenses ensuring timely submission of expense reports and accurate record-keeping
- Manage office supply inventory placing orders as needed to ensure stock levels meet team needs
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including system access setup/removal equipment provisioning and orientation scheduling
- Coordinate details for virtual and in-person events including agendas catering venue booking and materials preparation
- Provide general administrative support and complete ad hoc tasks as required.
Preferred Experience
- 13 years of experience in an office coordination admin or hospitality role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing needs
- Friendly and professional communication style
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite (Word Excel Outlook Teams)
- Bonus: experience working in a creative or retail office environment
Compensation
This role is expected to be compensated between $20 - $23/hour depending on experience and job-related qualifications.
