This is a high-impact role where your leadership will shape the future of digital innovation in the federal space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead innovation strategy across emerging technologies with a focus on AI/ML and Cloud.
- Translate long-term goals into actionable roadmaps and guide execution from concept to scale.
- Evaluate cutting-edge tools and trends to identify opportunities for mission-driven transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype pilot and deploy innovative solutions.
- Foster a culture of experimentation continuous improvement and thought leadership.
- Advise senior leadership on technology strategy risk and impact.
- Build and manage partnerships with startups research institutions and technology vendors.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in technology strategy innovation leadership or related roles.
- Proven success leading innovation in large-scale or government-focused environments.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML Cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and emerging technologies.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to align innovation with long-term goals.
- Excellent communication skills especially with executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative outcomes.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or Innovation Management (Masters preferred).
Clearance Requirement
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
Work Environment
- Hybrid: Remote flexibility with onsite presence required for team collaboration client meetings and special initiatives.
