We are seeking aSterile Processing Supervisorto:
- Ensure that standards of operation are in compliance with the standards set by all regulatory agencies.
- Be responsible for a significant budget as well as assist in the ongoing hiring training and supervising of staff.
- Possess a wide range of knowledge of ever-changing instrumentation equipment and techniques.
- Provide instruction on new products procedures and equipment to ensure the best possible support for our customers and the highest possible care for our patients.
- Have basic understanding of Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
- Have basic knowledge of Tracking Systems and OR Scheduling Systems.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Work Experience
- Two years of experience in reprocessing (Required)
- Six months of progressively responsible lead or supervisory experience (Required)
- One year of progressively responsible lead or supervisory experience (Preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
- Certification by HSPA as a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certification by CBSPD as a Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (Required)
- HSPA Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL) Certification or Certified Supervisor from CBSPD (Preferred)
