Job Description

BFA Fairfax Elementary is seeking a Level 2 Paraprofessional. The primary role of this position is to assist students who require specialized behavioral support and help implement individualized behavior support plans. The goal is to proactively support students and maximize their academic and social/emotional success within the classroom and general education include providing one-on-one or small group support to students and addressing both academic and social/emotional needs. The ideal candidate will be flexible creative and committed to meeting the diverse needs of students. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.
