The person in this position is in charge of all aspects of driver timecards expenses and other related documents. Assists in carrying out daily plans reporting and communication within all areas of the Logistics team.

Position Details:
Hours: M-F 2pm-10:30pm
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Essential Responsibilities:
- Prints the Bill of Lading and prepares packets for deliveries attaching the final line-up sheet with the corresponding loads for deliveries and any other related paperwork that the driver may need.
- Adheres to established procedures for bills of lading shipments proof of deliveries UPS and any other related BOLs.
- Works closely with the accounting department as necessary for collections and payments.
- Communicates with drivers to provide them with route instructions delivery instructions and other relevant information.
- Administers software tracking system to ensure the efficiency of deliveries productivity and safety of drivers and timely invoicing for customers.
- Collaborates with other departments such as Sales Order Pulling Inventory and Planning to ensure effective order fulfilment for our customers.
- Works with Inventory Control team on any quantity exceptions noted.
- May maintain all Fleet and Driver regulatory files: Driver Qualification files (DQ) fleet maintenance and repair files.
- May assist in monitoring attendance and time for all drivers ensuring that drivers comply with all applicable regulations and safety requirements.
- May assist in ordering office supplies timely to ensure stock is maintained without shortage.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Functional knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Capability to communicate efficiently with all levels of employees management customers and vendors both verbally and in written form.
- Capacity to multi-task with speed and accuracy while prioritizing tasks and ability to maintain excellent organizational skills.
- Use of proper PPE and company approved tools while remaining aware of possible hazards and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Basic math interpersonal/team and reasoning skills
- Ability to read understand and carry out written procedures and standard work instructions.
- Flexibility in scheduling able to work overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three to five years experience in traffic office management or related area
- Prior experience in distribution or manufacturing environment preferably in logistics.
- Prior experience using systems such as Omnitracs.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to talk listen and speak clearly on telephone and communicate clearly and concisely via email and company messaging system.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk hear and see.
- This employee is required to use a computer phone and/or electronic tablet screen for up to 80% of the working hours.
- The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hand to finger handle or feel; reach
with hands and arms; and lifting.
