We are a locally owned and operated company that helps people and businesses recover and get back to normal after water damage fire smoke and soot damage natural disasters. We are also experts in specialized restoration projects like Bio-Remediation Mold & Lead remediation HVAC cleaning carpet and upholstery cleaning and deodorization.
Our Franchise is currently hiring for a restoration technician position. If you are someone who is interested in learning a trade moving up within a company being part of a team contributing to a positive work environment and helping people in tough situations. As a Field Operations Technician your day is filled with loading and unloading equipment and supplies onto vehicles and jobsites. Driving work vans packing boxes and moving furniture performing controlled demolition cleaning surfaces equipment and vehicles. You will be working in homes businesses attics basements crawlspaces on top of ladders and maybe even man lifts. You will be expected to learn to use tablets complete work orders communicate with supervisors and office personnel. We are looking for people who are going to help us grow our company to the next level. We are looking for those who have a hunger to learn new skills work hard get dirty and do noble work for our community!

Key Responsibilities
- Create Happy customers by learning and executing project related tasks daily.
- Communicate project plan and updates with all team members with Field operations management and office personnel.
- Maintain vehicles equipment and warehouse.
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license
- Flexible schedule (frequently work past 5pm work nights and weekends as needed)
- Ability to participate on the on call schedule
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to learn and be trained the Servpro way
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to state and federal law.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Exposure to chemicals
- Walking and standing for long periods of time driving sitting climbing
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g. crawls spaces under buildings)
- Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
- Ability to drive a work vehicle

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
