Chewy is looking for a passionate and people-focused Culture and Communication Coordinator (CCC) to join our Fulfillment Center team! In this highly impactful role you will champion our workplace culture elevate team engagement and streamline communication across the site. Youll collaborate closely with the General Manager (GM) Human Resources Manager (HRM) and site leadership to bring Chewys Operations Team Member Promise (OTMP) to lifecreating a workplace where every team member feels seen supported and inspired.
