Job Description

Our Opportunity
Chewy is looking for a passionate and people-focused Culture and Communication Coordinator (CCC) to join our Fulfillment Center team! In this highly impactful role you will champion our workplace culture elevate team engagement and streamline communication across the site. Youll collaborate closely with the General Manager (GM) Human Resources Manager (HRM) and site leadership to bring Chewys Operations Team Member Promise (OTMP) to lifecreating a workplace where every team member feels seen supported and inspired.

What Youll Do

  • Serve as a trusted partner to leadership handling sensitive information with professionalism and care.
  • Lead planning and coordination of site events recognition programs and initiatives that celebrate and connect team members.
  • Manage the Employee Relations Incentive Budget ensuring thoughtful strategic use of resources.
  • Represent the site in community partnerships and events helping to build strong local connections.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications PR and Branding teams to deliver timely engaging updates to team members.
  • Support cross-functional teamsincluding Recruiting HR Facilities and Safetyon key culture and communication initiatives.
  • Keep leaders organized: manage calendars plan travel create agendas and track action items for follow-up.
  • Own day-to-day office logistics from managing supplies and meeting rooms to taking meeting notes and submitting expenses.
  • Ensure events run smoothlyfrom catering and logistics to creating a welcoming and inclusive experience.
  • Respond to day-to-day needs and take initiative to support evolving business priorities.

What Youll Need

  • Associate or bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative coordination or team support role.
  • A genuine passion for creating a positive inclusive and people-first workplace.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfort working across teams and levels in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility and adaptabilityable to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Availability to work a MondayFriday schedule with occasional overtime as needed.
