We are delighted to continue our collaboration with a prestigious 5-star hotel in the heart of London. They are now looking for an energetic & charismaticBar Managerto lead the team at their ultra-luxury cigar bar a haven of sophistication and world-class hospitality.
Ideally you will have knowledge of cigars/working within a similar environment.

- 55000 to 60000 per annum plus circa 6000 service charge cash tips

Responsibilities as the Bar Manager
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the ultra-luxury cigar bar
- Delivering an exceptional discreet and personalised guest experience
- Leading mentoring and inspiring a team to uphold 5-star standards
- Working closely with the wider hotel F&B and sommelier teams to curate premium cigar spirit and cocktail offerings
- Maintaining impeccable product knowledge across cigars rare whiskies cognacs and fine wines
- Upholding all licensing health & safety and hygiene regulations
- Managing stock levels supplier relationships and team rotas efficiently
