What will you do
Be the first point of contact for many customers delivering a strong first impression
Grow a portfolio of clients using your sales expertise
Guide businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies as a trusted advisor
Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities tailored to small and medium-sized businesses
Maximize up-sell and cross-sell potential by collaborating with internal specialists
Collect and share customer feedback to inform business strategies
Candidate profile
Native in French and fluent in English
12 years of experience in IT sales or a related sales/customer management role
Confident user of Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
Experience with MS Azure Office 365 or Dynamics 365 is a plus
Microsoft Fundamentals certifications in Azure Modern Workplace or BizApps are an advantage
