Position Summary...

Were looking for a Senior Manager of Adoption Enablement to drive the successful adoption and growth of seller-facing products and programs. This role is critical in ensuring critical products are adopted by the right Marketplace sellers at the right time to drive their growth on the platform. The Walmart Marketplace business is part of Walmarts ecommerce portfolio and is one of the fastest growing and most profitable business units. This growth combined with the industry ecommerce and customer dynamics has made Walmart Marketplace a highly strategic priority for Walmart for the next 5 years. The Marketplace team culture is entrepreneurial fast paced relentless biased for action and highly resilient. The team is on a crucial mission for Walmart to make the Walmart Marketplace the preferred destination for sellers and customers and to leverage our Walmart scale and capabilities to differentiate across the ecommerce industry.
The Adoption Enablement team is at the core of the Marketplace business developing strategies processes and governance to accelerate seller and customer experiences while driving marketplace growth through the launch and adoption of key capabilities and programs.

What youll do...

  • Build standardized adoption assessment frameworks and playbooks: As a center of excellence lead you will build standardized frameworks and playbooks to measure and segment adoption performance data to help identify root causes of adoption concerns and build targeted plans to improve the same
  • Develop data drive adoption plans of high-performing offerings: Build holistic and standardized GTM plans to drive targeted adoption of products assess impact of activations and scale strategies to drives sustained growth
  • Drive executive and cross-functional alignment: Enable executive and cross-functional teams to make strategic decisions by delivering effective data-driven narratives and solutions to strike a balance between speed and scale
  • Drive continuous transformation and scale organizational change: Identify and proactively take ownership of building processes best practices and artifacts to continuously improve GTM outcomes. Take ownership of driving change within the GTM team and in the broader marketplace organization to educate on best practices and ultimately improve the seller and customer experience on the Walmart platform

  • You are able to connect product value and seller needs to build compelling personalized narratives that drive seller growth on the platform
  • You have strong project management skills and are able to handle multiple complex initiatives
  • You are able to drive executive narratives and represent your initiatives across all levels of the org
  • You enjoy taking on new and challenging projects that drive better GTM efficiencies for all members of the Walmart community
  • You are nimble and scrappy but excited about streamlining processes and building effective operating models to support an ever-scaling organization
  • You are an athlete and have the passion for marketplaces sellers and customers to be a champion across the entire Walmart organization
  • You are biased for action relentless about driving and owning the goal and motivated by the responsibility of delivering the most crucial capabilities for long-term marketplace growth
  • You have a Bachelors / Masters in Business Administration with 10 / 7 years experience in Management Consulting Strategy Transformation or Product Marketing at a large scale organization
  • You have 2 years experience leading teams of high performing associates

Hoboken New Jersey US-10649:The annual salary range for this position is $108000.00-$216000.00

Sunnyvale California US-08479/San Bruno California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117000.00-$234000.00

Bentonville Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90000.00-$180000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelors degree in Business Statistics Social Science Communications or related field and 4 years experience in retail merchandising operations management or related area OR 6 years experience in retail merchandising operations management or related area.
