Responsibilities:
Maintains store staff by scheduling recruiting orienting and training employees.
Maintains store staff job results by coaching counseling and disciplining employees; planning monitoring and appraising job results.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
Maintains professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Maintains operations by initiating coordinating and enforcing program operational and personnel policies and procedures.

Customer Focus Vendor Relationships Market Knowledge Staffing Results Driven Management Proficiency Client Relationships Verbal Communication
Previous retail apparel experience preferred.
A dynamic personality and enjoys working in a diverse environment. Candidate must have an upbeat and outgoing attitude.
Exceptional customer service and people skills.
Experience with merchandising and stocking the sales floor in a retail apparel environment. Some merchandise display or visual experience is helpful.
Candidates must be able to work well with others work well independently and be self motivated.
Ideal applicants should be organized detail oriented able to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent interpersonal skills communication skills and be a team player.
Candidates must be highly dependable have a flexible schedule and be available for weekends.
