Job Description
Arkansas client needs a Quality or Operations Manager to implement and maintain an FAA Repair Station that complies with FAA Part 145 FAA Part 21 and AS9100 quality standards.
- Will oversee the inspection program develop Key Performance Indicators to measure the effectiveness of quality programs.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure regulatory and customer compliance.
- Lead Corrective Action Response efforts and drive root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the tool calibration program and ensure proper documentation and maintenance.
- Manage the training program for Part 145 and Part 21 to meet compliance requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison with FAA EASA and other Civil Aviation Authorities on quality matters.
- Ensure proper documentation of aircraft data in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
Qualifications :
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have 5-10 years experience in aviation with at least two years experience in quality and two years in a management position.
- Should have FAA A&P Certificate with inspection authorization.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100
- Must be familiar with FAA Part 145 and FAA Part 21 Repair Station requirements
