Arkansas based aerospace company needs an office manager to oversee accounting operations and human resources. You will manage accounts receivable and payable double entry bookkeeping budgeting financial planning and analysis and manufacturing cost management.
- Maintenance of accurate general ledger in accordance with state/local requirements
- Lead monthly close quarterly and annual financials including profitability analysis
- Manage taxation matters
- Assist with the weekly hourly and bi-weekly salary payroll.
- Prepare and analyze business plans for product lines
- Analyze cost variances prepare production cost reports report on labor headcount and cost reductions
- Manage recruitment onboarding payroll inputs
- Communicate company policies and procedures
- Manage benefits including benefit related programs with local businesses
- Lead safety programs OSHA compliance
- Manage Workers Compensation claims
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting is preferred. CPA preferred
- Proven controller level experience
- Knowledge of cost accounting cost analysis and US GAAP
- Strong organizational and data management skills including work with QuickBooks or Striven
- Proven HR experience including employee relations recruitment benefits
