Job Description

We are on the hunt for highlydriven resultsbased senior manager in the Pool&Spa Service industry. Our client the Okanagans industry leader in this field has tasked us with recruiting their next great hire. Responsibilities

  • Create profitability in all retail operations to achieve the most financial growth possible
  • Assist with new store acquisitions and start ups
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of all company policies and procedures
  • Merchandise the stores to ensure optimum sales potential and inventory levels
  • Manage all retail staff to ensure all aspects of Our Standards are being met
  • Train all retail staff using the policies as stated in the Operations Manual
  • Establish Targets motivate staff track progress and inspire growth
  • Assist with marketing promotions and advertising
  • Handle all consumers issues that cannot be dealt with by other staff
  • Report all financial statements as required by the shareholders weekly/monthly
  • Sell all merchandise assist with all customer service as required
  • Provide competitor analysis and staff education on market trends
  • Organize / plan store events that increase sales and increase market share
  • Coordinate with Head Office and sales people regarding current promotions implement at store level and train staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • 35 years in a management role overseeing a team of 1020 people both managers and employees alike
  • A proven track record of beating quotas in a salesbased environment
  • As strong Sales background and the ability to mentor and develop sales staff
  • Ability to monitor and understand a warehouse and logistics operation
  • An established history of tracking store/employee performance metrics and influencing them to improve
  • Experience in the retail industry or a frontfacing sales role
  • Proven track record of highlevel business acumen
