Med/Surg Registered Nurse Supervisor
A fantastic hospital outside of Fort Benton Montana is seeking a full-time permanent Med/Surg Registered Nurse Supervisor to join their amazing team!
Up to $20000 retention bonus
Up to $7000 relocation assistance provided with this position!
Pay: $35.00- $52.00/hour
The Med/Surg Registered Nurse Supervisor Opportunity:
- Full-time permanent direct-hire
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 5x8s per week day shift
- Retention bonus and comprehensive benefits package including health dental vision PTO and retirement included with this Med/Surg Registered Nurse Supervisor position
Med/Surg Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Participation in the ongoing assessment and evaluation of the quality of patient care services collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve outcomes and support a patient-first philosophy
- Address patient and family complaints resolve staff disputes and fostering effective communication between staff physicians and administration
- Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained
- Active Montana RN license or Compact RN license required or must be eligible to obtain prior to start
- Minimum of three years experience as an RN in a hospital setting
- Recent med/surg experience preferred
- Background in patient flow resource nursing or nursing leadership highly valued
