10 Barrel Brewing Co started back in 2006 with three guys in Bend Oregon who shared one simple mindset; brew beer drink beer and have fun doing it. Since then our brewery has grown but we will always stay the morning Grab a beer. Powder day The gone skiing sign goes up. Too hot to work Mandatory company float. You get the to living it up with a beer in hand.
Job Summary:
As a Pizza cook at 10 Barrel brewing you are part of a team that ensures guests are receiving a quality product that is not only up to our standards but the guests modifications. You must be able to effectively work in an organized and quick manner so that food can come out together and in a timely fashion. 10 Barrel is proud of our pizza and how we make it. All pizza cooks need to follow our procedures for tossing/topping and dough prep. As a pizza cook you are part of a larger kitchen and to be successful you must be able to work as a team.
This is potential of a full-time position with availability for PM weekends and holidays.
Pay: $19.00 - 20.00/hr
Duties:
- Maintain a clean/sanitary line
- Show up to work on time in proper uniform
- Appropriately prep/stock station
- Make dough
- Keep accurate dough pars
- Make desserts
- Set up/break down the station
- Rotate product on station and in back stock
- Be effective in communication with line/prep
- Organize tickets so they are made in the correct order and all together
- Complete cleaning checklists on a daily basis
- Make pizzas to the correct specs
- Fill and stock station before any shift change
- Keep station prep organized in walk in/downsize product
- Clean oven daily/throughout the shift
- Take trashes out at shift changes
