We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Call Center Agent to join our growing team in Austin TX. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers providing assistance resolving issues and ensuring every caller receives top-quality service. Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer issues complaints and questions efficiently
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Follow communication scripts and company procedures
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
Meet performance targets for response time satisfaction and resolution
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Proficient with basic computer systems and CRM platforms
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Dependable with a strong work ethic
