Job Description
Generator Water Heater Water Filtration HVAC Ductwork Sales Job Duties:
- Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads
- Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or services needs
- Demonstrate functions and utility of products or services of customers based on their needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale
- Maintain detailed reports on sales activities including calls orders sales lost business and any other customer or vendor relationship issues
- Perform other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of water heaters water filtration generators and HVAC systems
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent sales and negotiating skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to function in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Must be highly motivated
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledgeable in using a computer tablet smart phone and other work-related technology
- Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
- Must have a clean driving record and valid Drivers License
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen as this is a safety-sensitive position
