What youll be doing:
- Leading the development and design of ESG products and propositions across a diverse fund range
- Acting as a senior ESG subject matter expert providing technical guidance across the business
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives using effective project management tools
- Supporting product governance processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to align ESG product strategy with client needs
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to inform product innovation
- Collaborating with operational teams to ensure smooth implementation of ESG features
- Presenting at internal committees and fund boards to communicate product strategy and updates
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Proven experience in the investment management industry ideally 5 years
- Strong knowledge of ESG investment strategies fund structures and regulatory environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead product development and lifecycle management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teams
- A strategic thinker with a passion for responsible investing
- Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience
