Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapistor Occupational Therapistin Maryland (or eligible via PT Compact)
Bachelors in PT or Masters in OT from an accredited program
CPR/BLS Certification (preferred)
Experiencein treating lymphedema patients
Location
