Job Summary:

Our Construction Insurance Specialty team in South Florida is experiencing rapid growth and is currently seeking a dynamic full-time Commercial Lines Marketing Placement Lead with specialized experience in Construction Insurance. This role focuses on managing accounts for middle and large-market construction and roofing clients nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Construction-related Property and Casualty insurance including knowledge of relevant markets programs and carriers. A valid and active 220 License is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of middle and large-market construction and roofing accounts nationwide.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and internal teams.

  • Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets

Qualifications:

  • Valid active 220 FL license

  • Construction Insurance designation(s) preferred not required

  • Insurance designation(s) strongly preferred

  • Working knowledge of/experience with EPIC AMS360 and ImageRight preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel

  • Multi-lingual a plus

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration team leadership and cross-functional partnership.
