The role holder is responsible for defining requirements that can be consistently applied and measured throughout Project Procurement and subsequent contract administration. The role holder plays a pivotal role in collaborating with stakeholders to transform their needs into deliverables using consistent language and requirements. As part of the programme team the Delivery Requirements Manager supports the development and delivery of the programme and provides general support and guidance to the team.
