En tant que conseiller affili vous fournirez du counselling en personne aux clients des programme de soutien au travail de TELUS Sant de votre rgion rfrs par leur employeur. Vous travaillerez en tant que fournisseur indpendant selon votre disponibilit.
Comment vous ferezune diffrence
Vous offrirez du counselling pour diffrentes problmatiques une clientle majoritairement rfre par lemployeur;
Vous ferez de lvaluation de la dpendance et recommanderez le traitement appropri;
Vous offrirez du counselling dans le cadre de notre programme de prvention de la rechute;
Vous assurerez un suivi administratif des dossiers en utilisant les modles cliniques fournis.
Vous possdez
Vous dtenez une matrise en psychologie ou un domaine connexe;
Vous tes membre en rgle de lOPQ (psychologue ou psychothrapeute);
Vous possdez un minimum de cinq ans dexprience clinique post-matrise;
Vous avez de lexprience en valuation et traitement des dpendances;
Vous tes aptes grer des situations de crise ou de risque lev;
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des ressources communautaires.
