Job Description
Responsibilities:
Seeking a results-driven individual to support financial analysis across the finance/FP&A function and grow their skills in a dynamic fast-paced environment. The Financial Analyst will support Finance Management (Finance Manager Director of Finance VP of Finance CFO) and other business leaders to provide high-impact insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain financial models to support business initiatives.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial data and support month-end activities.
- Create insightful reporting and analytics KPIs and measurements.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
- Support key business leaders with financial reporting and analysis to inform and guide decision-making (Product/Business Technology Advisory etc.).
- Assist in the automation and streamlining of current processes to grow efficiencies within the team.
- Facilitating the evolution and maturation of the operating practices of entire CFO organization including department meeting rituals goal setting and priority tracking.
Salary Range: $85000 - $95000 USD (plus 10% bonus)
Qualifications :
Desired Skills & Expertise
- Degree in Business Finance or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a finance role
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Excellent communication skills required
- NetSuite/Adaptive planning/OfficeConnect experience a plus.
- Ability to create fresh perspectives and enjoyable interactions and a personality that thrives in a less structured and dynamic environment
- MBA CPA or CFA would be an asset
- Key Relationships: CFO VP of Finance Director of Finance Finance Manager Controller Business leaders ELT
- Location: East Coast US and Central US time zone applicants preferred
