Description

US Heart and Vascular is in need of an Imaging Clinic Manager to join our HeartPlace team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Summary:

The Advanced Imaging Clinics Manager is responsible for the daily operations workflow optimization and staff oversight of multiple imaging clinics across the DFW metroplex. This role supports six sites that deliver cardiac imaging and diagnostic testing including Nuclear Medicine Stress Testing and services provided by Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Medical Assistants (MAs) and Front Desk staff. The manager ensures high-quality patient-centered care while driving operational performance regulatory compliance and team development.

Responsibilities:

  • All facility duties delegated by the Director of Technical Operations.
  • Provide direct oversight and day-to-day management of all assigned imaging clinics
  • Lead and support clinic teams including MAs Front Desk Nuclear Medicine Techs and Stress Techs
  • Coordinate closely with APPs to maintain efficient patient flow and testing protocols
  • Develop and implement standardized workflows across all sites to ensure consistent and efficient operations
  • Partner with QA and compliance teams to maintain imaging standards and patient safety protocols
  • Manage readiness for audits inspections and accreditation surveys
  • Monitor service delivery metrics and lead service recovery efforts as needed
  • Collaborate with leadership to track and manage clinic budgets productivity benchmarks and supply usage
  • Act as a liaison between clinical teams and executive leadership to communicate needs concerns and successes
  • Coordinates staffing coverage for cardiovascular testing services at all clinic locations.
  • Participates in the interviewing and hiring staff members.
  • Provides and/or coordinates training to newly hired cardiac as needed.
  • Participates in ensuring all accreditation commission requirements are met and maintained.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policy and procedures to solve specific operating problems and improve patient care.
  • Delegation when warranted of specific responsibilities to the technical staff and/or the ancillary staff.
  • Works with the Director of Technical Operations medical staff and technical staff to ensure quality patient care.
  • Participates in related conferences and meetings to ensure continuing education and professional growth.
  • Develop relationships with local echocardiography training programs and coordinates student clinic rotations with clinics
  • Provides troubleshooting and coordinates repairs for testing equipment.
  • Follows all OSHA and other safety guidelines.
  • Completes education requirements as set by the Company.
  • Maintains current certification and/or licensure as required by the job.
  • Performs all other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelors degree in allied health Nursing or related field (required)
  • Minimum of 3years in clinic or imaging operations management preferably across multiple locations
  • Strong understanding of cardiac imaging workflows including Nuclear Stress Testing and APP-led services
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced high-volume outpatient setting
  • Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel between clinic location
  • Current BCLS certification required.
  • Fluently speaks reads and writes English. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
