How will you make an impact in this role
In the role of Engineer I you will be responsible for taking on the role of an individual contractor for the GSM applications which is critical in the Amex environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Computer Science Engineering ITor related field required; Advanced Degree preferred.
- 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing large data-warehousing projects strong knowledge of latest Data Engineering projects Data Strategy & should have understanding if Informatica Big Data Mainframes and AR GL data
- Proven experience in Data Engineer Reporting on large datasets Oracle PL/SQL Informatica Other Programming Language Java Python
- Understanding of AMEX platform like LUMI Informatica Talend Mainframes AR and GL Data
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong systems integration architecture skills and a high degree of technical expertise ranging across several technologies with a proven track record of turning new technologies into business solutions.
- Experience managing in a fast paced complex and dynamic global environment.
- Outstanding influential and collaboration skills; ability to drive consensus and tangible outcomes demonstrated by breaking down silos and fostering cross communication process.
