Were seeking a Front Desk and Lending Closet Administrator to support Army Community Service (ACS) operations at USAG Bavaria. This role ensures Soldiers and Family Members receive the guidance and resources needed to successfully navigate military life OCONUS.
This is an excellent fit for candidates with prior military support experience or those who are service-minded adaptable and thrive in people-focused roles.
What Youll Do
Customer Service & Support
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly professional manner
- Answer questions and provide timely referrals to ACS staff and other community resources
- Register customers for ACS classes/events and confirm attendance
Information & Referral- Become an expert on ACS and DFMWR services
- Maintain and share up-to-date community and local service information
- Provide intake and processing support for incoming and outgoing Soldiers and Families
- Conduct customer follow-up and provide additional referrals as needed
Administrative Functions- Input customer data and statistics into the ACS Staff Application daily
- Maintain organized records files and digital systems
- Add edit and manage ACS classes/events within ACS Staff
- Ensure current flyers and information are displayed throughout ACS and Welcome Center
Lending Closet Services- Prepare issue receive and properly store items per Relocation Readiness Program (RRP) guidelines
- Safely lift and transport items up to 60 lbs
- Keep inventory clean organized and accessible

Whether youve served supported service members or simply understand the unique challenges of military life your empathy and professionalism make you a great fit for this team.Qualifications- 1 year experience supporting Military Families with community services or referrals
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs for Lending Closet responsibilities
- Strong English language proficiency (Level 3 or higher) with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in both written and verbal formats; skilled in engaging with diverse individuals and conveying information in a courteous approachable and professional manner
- Technically skilled in Microsoft 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams)
- Able to pass a background check
