Ansell is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Iselin NJ!
The base salary range for this position is $85000 to $95000 U.S. Dollars per year.
Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
In this position you will play a vital role in supporting strategic business decisions through insightful reporting and analysis. Reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A youll partner closely with the Medical commercial team and SBU leaders to deliver accurate financial insights support planning cycles and drive performance. This role offers exposure to high-impact projects financial systems and business-critical reporting that helps shape the future of our business.

What your role will be
Help close the monthly financial books for the Medical business in the U.S. and Canada by updating reports and working with the accounting team
Prepare key financial reports like profit & loss statements and margin analysis for monthly business reviews
Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process by organizing timelines building templates and helping commercial leaders plan accurately.
Upload and present forecast data for approval to sales finance and senior leadership.
Track and explain product cost changes and highlight anything unusual for discussion.
Partner with different teams to understand how delays pricing or other changes impact the businessand provide insights to help drive growth.
Make sure financial data is accurate in internal reporting systems and use business tools to analyze sales and profit trends.
Maintain a running list of risks and opportunities for the business and share updates regularly.
Review weekly and monthly sales and margin results spot trends and identify ways to improve performance.
Create reports for sales and marketing teams to explain business results and key performance indicators.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for special projects and new initiatives.
What will you bring to Ansell
3-5 years diversified financial management experience with good understanding of financial statements and business profitability drivers.
Bachelor of Finance MBA or CPA would be desirable.
Strong MS Excel and Power Point and systems knowledge.
Power BI a huge plus!
